Is CrossFit for me?
CrossFit is for anyone, at any age, at any fitness level!
Each day a WOD (workout of the day) is posted. You will perform a warm up, skill work and complete the WOD with those in your class. Each movement in CrossFit is completely scalable meaning one person may use heavy weight or large ranges of motion while others use minimal weight and smaller ranges of motion. Whether your goal is to be a CrossFit competitor or just to feel better, the support system within a CrossFit gym contributes heavily to the success of your journey.
