Hello everyone, my name is Lauren! I'm 24 years old and married to my husband, Stealth. We have one dog named Daisy.  I'm a dental hygienist at The Smile Center.  My hobbies include CrossFit (of course), hiking and reading.  I love CrossFit because it is constantly varied and there is always something to work on.  It has taught me that whatever you put your mind to is achievable.
